Who had to go away
You know they're out there somewhere,
But they simply couldn't stay.

In the quiet of the evening,
As the stars begin to glow,
Their laughter still surrounds you,
In the memories you know.

There's comfort in remembering,
That love can never fade,
Though distance may divide us,
In our hearts, they’ve never strayed.

We are all under the same sky,
Connected by the night,
Looking up at the same moon,
In the soft, embracing light.

So hold them in your thoughts,
As the shadows drift and play,
For those we love are with us,
In each and every way ..

Let's build a world for the children,
A place where they feel stable
Where laughter fills the corners,
And peace will be enabled.

A land where dreams are nurtured,
Where kindness lights the day,
And every child, no matter,
Finds hope along the way.

Let’s pray for a tomorrow,
Where worries have no place
Where colours blend together,
with smiles on each child's face.

No more of wars and fighting,
No shadows in their eyes,
Just open fields of friendship,
Beneath the sunny skies.

We cannot stand in silence,
We must be strong and brave
For every child deserves a chance.
Their future we must save.

So join in this grand vision,
Together let us strive,
To build a world of safety,
Where every child can thrive.

No one told me that parenting would feel like holding up a mirror to every part of me I thought I had buried.
The broken pieces.
The quiet wounds.
The unspoken fears.

My kids don’t just ask for snacks and hugs.
They ask me, without words, to look at the parts of myself I’ve ignored for so long.
They remind me of how I was once small too.
How I also needed safety.
How I needed someone to say, “I see you. I hear you. You matter.”

And sometimes, when I get triggered or overwhelmed, it’s not because of them.
It’s because my inner child is still begging to be held.
Begging to feel loved.

Being a parent isn’t just about raising our kids.
It’s about learning to raise ourselves too.

To all the parents healing while raising little ones I see your courage.
This is not easy, but it’s beautiful.
You are rewriting everything.

Welcome to the Energy of the Flower Full Moon

She rises

bold

unapologetic

in the deep dark waters of Scorpio

stirring the sacred within

calling you home to truth

to release

to rebirth

to rise.

The Flower Moon 🌕 named for all that blooms
but this one?
She asks you

What must die
so your truth can live?

What must fall away
so your soul can unfurl?

Scorpio doesn’t play in the shallow
She pulls you in
beneath the surface
into the dark
into the ache
into the parts of you ready to be set free.

And with Uranus in Ta**us opposite this moon
the shake-ups are real.
Sudden shifts
lightning strikes of clarity
awakening what you thought you’d buried.

You might feel raw.
Tired.
Electric.
Alive.

It’s not chaos
It’s initiation.

You are not breaking down
You are breaking open.

Burn it.
Let the smoke carry your liberation to the skies.

What am I still holding that no longer serves?
What part of me is ready to die?
Who am I becoming now?

Let her answer you.

Story Time 📖

The Dandelion Who Dreamed to Shine

In a bright meadow full of dancing butterflies and smiling mushrooms,
lived a small dandelion.

Every day, he looked up at the big, glowing Sun.
“So warm, so bright… I wish I could shine like that,” he thought.

The other flowers smiled, but some teased him.
“You're too soft and small,” said a sunflower.
“Your seeds just blow away. You're not made to shine.”

But the little dandelion didn’t lose hope.
He kept dreaming, swaying with the wind.

One evening, just as the Sun was setting and the Moon was rising,
the dandelion stood as tall as he could.
The last golden sunlight touched his fluffy head,
and just then, his seeds began to fly.

They sparkled like tiny stars in the sky.

The Moon looked down and said,
“You shine not by burning, but by giving.”

All the flowers clapped and cheered,
“You did it! You became the light you dreamed of!”

And now, every time the wind carries dandelion seeds, the meadow whispers:
“Look! The little suns are flying again.”
