DRINK LESS WATER!!
Here are some helpful tips to rid some of that water you have been taught to drink:
🚰Do not carry a water bottle with you.
🚰Choose sugary drinks over water when possible.
🚰Opt for soda or alcohol when eating out.
🚰Do not serve water with meals.
🚰Make sure your kids are drinking less water, too.

Perfect Light Spring Recipe!
The ladies of Metabolic all love this one.
STRAWBERRY CHICKEN SALAD
Serves 4 - 10 Minutes Prep Time
Ingredients:
6 ounces fully cooked grilled chicken breast strips (Tyson is a good option)
1 cup cucumber, peeled, diced and seeded
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
2 tsp fresh mint, chopped
1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp rice wine or balsamic vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
4 cups fresh baby spinach
Instructions:
In a large bowl combined chicken, cucumber, strawberries and mint. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together broth, vinegar and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add mixture to chicken and toss to combine.
Arrange spinach leaves on a serving platter or individual plates and top with chicken mixture.
Enjoy!

Make this year tasty and green! 🍀🍀

ROASTED CABBAGE ROUNDS
Serves 6 Cook Time 40-45 minutes
Ingredients:
Non-stick Cooking Spray
2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium head cabbage, cut into 1″ thick rounds
Kosher Salt and coarse ground pepper
1 tsp fennel seeds
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Place cut cabbage rounds in one layer on the sheet and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper and fennel in an even layer. Roast until the cabbage is tender and the edges are toasted. (40-45 minutes). Enjoy!

Here are some tips to help add more water to your diet.....
🚰Carry a water bottle with you and refill it throughout the day
🚰Freeze some freezer safe water bottles. Take one with you for ice-cold water all day long.
🚰Choose water over sugary drinks.
🚰Opt for water when eating out. You’ll save money and reduce calories.
🚰Serve water during meals.
🚰Add a wedge of lime or lemon to your water. This can help improve the taste and help you drink more water than you usually do.
🚰Make sure your kids are getting enough water, too.
