Rose Borntrager consistently demonstrates excellent communication and reliability. She never hesitates to reach out for guidance and advice, and her willingness to learn and grow speaks volumes about her dedication. Rose genuinely cares for the individuals she supports and brings compassion into everything she does. It’s clear she wears her heart on her sleeve, and we are incredibly thankful to have her as part of the CHS team.
Nicole Clark is truly deserving of recognition for her caring, compassionate, and kind nature. She is driven, reliable, and consistently goes above and beyond to support those she serves. Nicole has brought immense joy into her consumers life by encouraging her to get out in the community, try new experiences, and build confidence along the way. Through her patience and extra encouragement, Nicole empowers others to step outside their comfort zones and discover new possibilities. Her dedication and genuine care make a meaningful difference! Kelly Cox is genuine, thoughtful, and very dedicated. She puts her team and consumer first and goes above and beyond every day to make sure everyone feels supported and valued. She is a consistent and excellent communicator and always leads with positivity. Kelly plays a huge role in helping her consumer stay healthy and successful, and her consumer’s guardian shares how grateful she is for Kelly’s care. Thank you, Kelly, for everything you do.
Breann DeBerry consistently goes above and beyond in her role. She does an excellent job finding fun, engaging and meaningful activities for her consumer, always keeping their interests and needs at the forefront. Breanne is dependable, creative, and intentional in the way she provides care. She creates a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for her consumer, which has made a positive impact. The consumer’s family has nothing but positive feedback to share and repeatedly expresses how happy they are with Breanne and the way she interacts with and supports their loved one. Susan Wilbur consistently encourages and supports her consumer's participation in daily living skills to help him increase and maintain his independence. She has taken the initiative to coordinate weekly volunteer experiences with the Food Pantry, Animal Shelter, and Fire Department, creating inclusive opportunities that allow him to stay engaged, build confidence, and feel connected to his community. Thank you, Susan for your compassion, creativity, and commitment to person-centered support. Your impact truly makes a difference!
