Novant Health East Cooper Medical Center team members recently participated in East Cooper Community Outreach's Big Dill Pickleball Tournament!
Nurse practitioner Sarah Vogues served up her best tips for having fun and staying injury-free on the court:
1️⃣ Stretch – Warm up to protect your muscles and tendons.
2️⃣ Learn to fall gracefully – Helps prevent fractures and traumatic injuries.
3️⃣ Work on hip mobility – Makes it easier to get up safely after a fall.
