🎉🍽️ Celebrating our very own culinary superstar!

At Liberty Senior Living's recent Top Chef Culinary Showdown, talented chefs battled it out for a $5,000 grand prize — and we’re beyond proud that South Bay at Mount Pleasant’s Chef Pam Ballard took home the win as Liberty’s inaugural Top Chef! 👏🔥

Thanks to WCNC Charlotte the excitement was captured for all to see. Chef Pam’s creativity, skill, and passion truly make South Bay a place full of flavor, fun, and community spirit.

Round 2 of Are You Smarter Than a Staff Member? brought the competition back to South Bay! 🧠👏 After residents claimed victory last month, staff challenged them to a rematch—and won by just three points! The tie-breaker round is set for November, and we can’t wait to see who takes home the ultimate bragging rights! 🏆✨

Our Shem Creek residents gave it their all at this year’s A-Lympics! 🏅 After hours of practice and plenty of team spirit, they shined in every event and earned top awards. A special shoutout to our incredible 103-year-old ALympian — a true inspiration to us all! 💪🎉

🌅🍹 Our Rooftop Bar Tour is quickly becoming a resident favorite! This week’s stop took us to The Boathouse on Isle of Palms, where everyone enjoyed cocktails with a view followed by a delicious dinner of scallops, oysters, and more. 🦪✨
