one sip in, and suddenly hydration actually makes sense.

we were out on the water when he started getting a headache… then the cramping hit while he was on the board. we got him back into the boat, handed him a BANa, and just waited.

headache gone in about 10 minutes. cramps gone in 20.

dehydration is not something to mess around with. it sneaks up on you fast, especially when you’re having fun and not thinking about how much you’re sweating or how much alcohol you’re drinking.

today it’s “sure, I’ll try it.”
tomorrow it’s “wait… do you have more of that stuff?” 💧
