We are all SO thankful for Ms. Emily & her love for pediatric PT! She brings all the creativity, passion, & dedication to ensuring every physical therapy visit is client-centered & FUN! We just love how much she cares for our Bloom kiddos & the joy she has when she sees her clients meet their therapy goals! It's so evident our Bloom kiddos love her just as much as we do!

MEET MS. MAILLE 🤍🌱

Maille graduated from Michigan State University in 2019, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Health Promotion. In May of 2022, Maille graduated from New York Medical College, earning her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. Maille has completed continuing education courses related to the following topic areas: Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) and developmental implications of crawling.
Maille joined Bloom's therapy team in August of 2024. Maille loves pediatric physical therapy, because she loves seeing her clients experience joy and a sense of accomplishment when they achieve a goal in physical therapy! She says, "it's the best thing to ever exist!" Maille has a true passion for empowering her clients, and her love for PT only grows deeper when her kiddos and families leave physical therapy visits feeling confident and proud. "That level of enthusiasm and deep pride is contagious," and Maille desires that all her clients and families get to experience it for themselves! Her favorite treatment activities always involve bean bags. Just give her a couple, and she'll develop a 52-week plan of care with them!
Maille loves fish tacos, gymnastics/fitness, and all things pink! When she's not treating, you can find Maille working out or coaching a class at Ethos Athletic Club!

Activities (like sorting bears) that encourage categorizing objects by color, size, and/or shape directly target crucial cognitive development skills! It's no wonder why play-based learning is always at the heart of what we do! 🤍

MEET MS. LIZ 🤍🌱

Elizabeth ("Liz") graduated from the College of Charleston as a student athlete with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health and minor in Psychology in May of 2020. In May of 2024, Liz graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina as a member of Pi Theta Epsilon Honor Society, earning her Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy. Liz has completed continuing education courses related to the following topic areas: infant feeding, tongue ties (tethered oral tissues), neurological disorders, handwriting interventions, and associated conditions of infant prematurity.
Liz joined Bloom's therapy team in August of 2024. Liz values pediatric occupational therapy, because "in pediatrics, we get to help build a foundation of lifelong confidence by teaming up with our patients and families." She loves that her role empowers children through play and participation in activities that are meaningful to them! While she loves a good obstacle course in the sensory gym, her favorite treatment activities are always the ones that challenge her clients and their families to work together; "it's a privilege to be a part of that problem-solving process that brings greater independence in day-to-day activities!"
Liz loves sushi, horseback riding, group workout classes, and reading!
