Bubble Mountain is always a hit with our Bloom kiddos 🫧

This easy-prep activity combines deep breathing techniques with sensory play, strengthens the diaphragm, and calms the nervous system! All you need is a bowl, a straw, and a few squirts of dish soap. Bonus points for twisty straws, though 😉
