We have an exciting and long read for you!

As most of our current patients know, our Nurse Practitioner, LoRena Allen, started at the beginning of this month and man, have you all kept her busy already! We can't thank you enough for hanging in there with us on this this transition! Dr. Zack and I are very excited about this next step and how this change will provide new opportunities for our patients to live healthier and more active lives!

With the onboarding of LoRena, we are changing our name to Aspire Integrated Medical (A.I.M). Dr. Zack and Dr. Angie will continue to bill under VDH Chiropractic for the time being and LoRena is seeing patients under Aspire while we work through credentialing with insurances! (If you have any questions about the transition, please give us a call).

The January/February give-away will be drawn on Feb 27th, when we leave for the day. To be entered in the drawing, all you have to do is follow our new page for Aspire Integrated Medical (link on this post). The winner will get a FREE IV-therapy session with LoRena and can chose between either the brainfog or the immunity blend! For awhile, things will be posted on both VDH Chiro FB page as well as A.I.M but eventually will move to just A.I.M.

Happy new year! Hope everyone had a safe celebration! We’re looking forward to BIG but exciting changes in 2026! As for the December game….

Who knew 15 of you wanted to think like Dr. Zack? But we had multiple people tie, so the wheel decided.

I’m not sure if I should say congratulations or I’m sorry but either way, Jodi won!

Answers must match perfectly for it to count and who knows what he'll come up with! Only 1 attempt per person!
