Severe lens induced uveitis in a dog. Look at the conjunctival hyperemia, cataract, keratic precipitates, hypopyon, and corneal vascularization. This patient is uncomfortable, blind, and has a high risk for glaucoma. Cataract surgery should be performed early, and if not elected, topical no steroidal should be used to control inflammation.
