Dover Hospice is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as our Bereavement and Volunteer Coordinator.

This role focuses on bereavement care, including risk assessments, individualized care plans, counseling, support groups, memorial services, and ongoing support for up to 13 months following a patient’s death. You’ll also oversee the hospice volunteer program.

Ideal candidates bring:

✔️ Active LCSW license required to provide clinical bereavement assessment, counseling, and psychosocial support
✔️ Experience with grief, bereavement, and end-of-life care
✔️ Strong leadership, organizational, and documentation skills
