During the fall months I feel my body wanting to slow down, to honor this I find my self slowing down my yoga practice with simple standing postures like Tadasana also called Moutain pose. How can you simplify your life to allow more down time?

During the fall months when the winds become cooler and the leaves begin to fall I keep my body warm and grounded by adding spices to my diet. Some of my favorite spices to use are ginger, cinnamon,nutmeg, and a little cayenne.
