Right after I took this photo, I zoomed in on the lacecap part of the hydrangea and stood in awe of all the little micro flowers I was now able to see in what had always just looked like this jumbly mass with my regular vision.

The TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATH experience can be a lot like this zooming in within, and then discovering the intricate micro-beauty that's been there all along.

The first words out of the mouth of one of the first-time participants in our BreathShop last weekend, after the session, were "When can we do this again?"

So, we scheduled two more of the BreathShops over the next two weeks!
