Good Morning! Happy Thursday. Nutrition doesn't need to be complicated; just healthy. 3/4 cup whole fat yogurt with a cup of mixed fruit with blueberries, raspberries, pomegranates, and a tablespoon of raw honey. 1 egg, and 3 egg whites with spinach and onions. I use egg whites because of low calorie, high protein) (needed extra protein without calories for my breakfast) but kept one egg for the great nutrients it provides. Sometimes I use all whole egg, depending on my calorie goals of the day. Enjoy your day. Think we'll and eat well, your body and mind will thank you. #

Great meal prep for Saturday. You can always, for a change, use rice, healthy pastas, quinoa as a base. I measure everything just so I will have an idea of calories and nutrition. I love cooking veggies and proteins and healthy carbs together. It is a complete meal. I use healthy free range ground turkey. All veggies are organic some fresh some frozen. The frozen veggies come from our local seewee outpost store. 6lbs of ground turkey, 10oz fresh spinach, 74oz of organic chicken bone broth, 2lbs of fresh organic roma tomatoes, 16oz of fresh purple cabbage, 1 jumbo onion, garlic, 12oz fresh carrots, 24oz sweet potato, frozen 16oz baby lima beans, 16oz of speckled butterbeans, 16oz okra, salt and pepper. Yummy! Happy Saturday. Now off to workout!!!
