We meal prep on Sunday to get ready for the week. Do you meal prep? This week we are having high protein muscle building breakfast, lunches, and dinners. The older we get the more muscle building meals we need.
This is our tuna fish for lunches. We will put it on a bed of mixed greens with avocado. We use low mercury safe catch tuna, 100% avocado mayonnaise (as little as possible), spices, onions, bell pepper, celery and farm fresh eggs. We are having salmon with sweet potatoes and mixed greens for dinner, and I have my yogurt with fruit for breakfast. I usually have a milk and Thorne protein shake for a snack. We love our Thorne supplements! YUMMY!

Health begins in the mind. Health begins with thinking right thoughts about life and about your body. The only way to make healthy choices in life is to realize you need help. Your body, your very breath, the air you breathe comes from your creator who made you and sustains you. Get in His word, the Bible, and let him guide your mind. He directs your steps into health and wellness body, mind, and spirit.

You eventually have to learn how to live it out on a daily basis. Have a plan post goal! This is how you succeed!
