Before Thanksgiving, we made sure to give thanks to our second cohort of nationally certified staff through the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals - NADSP.

At our second edition of this luncheon, each of them recieved a t-shirt, and some told incredible stories about how their certification reinforces their ability to continue .

We're wrapping up ANCOR by showing the best of the best, with honors!

For our whole agency, Melissa Diehl is our 2025 Direct Support Professional of the Year!

Melissa exemplifies dedication and perseverance in the face of everyday challenges. She is always available to support individuals as well as any DSPs in her area. She never fails when with disabilities in feeling included, and empowered!

Having worked as an assistant manager in multiple homes, she is also the preeminent candidate and role model for a future management position in our biggest region.

We were happy to surprise Melissa during a regional meeting with some gifts, and a lot of memories to keep for wherever she goes next. She will also be attending a future Pennsylvania Advocacy and Resources conference!
