No Shave November & Movember: Growing Awareness for Men’s Health

This month, we’re putting down the razors and letting it grow — for a purpose.
No Shave November and Movember both aim to raise awareness for critical men’s health issues, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health.

💙 Men’s Health Facts:

1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime.

Testicular cancer is the most common cancer in men ages 15–35.

Men die by su***de nearly 4 times more often than women — mental health matters.

Early detection and regular checkups save lives.

Whether it’s a beard, a mustache, or a little extra scruff, every whisker this month helps start an important conversation.

Did you know?

-Breast cancer is the most common cancer diagnosed in women worldwide.
-About 85% of breast cancers occur in women with no family history of the disease.
-Men can get breast cancer too — though rare, about 1 in 100 cases are male.
-Maintaining a healthy weight, limiting alcohol, and staying active can help reduce risk.

Together, we can make a difference through awareness, early detection, and support for those affected.
