A Simple 30-Day Tree-Hugging Practice
Throughout a 30-day challenge where I hugged a tree each day, I began to notice that the ancient tree spirits revealed themselves to me more easily. With time, the trees seemed to reveal their unique personalities—some with faces that looked happy, others calm or even a bit sad. Perhaps due to geoengineering.:(
When I felt tired on a walk, I would hug a tree and ask for a bit of strength. It often left me feeling refreshed and more grounded.
