VajraPani Yoga Teacher Training VajraPani Yoga Teachers Training Through this training we deepen our commitment and apply our studies, both inward and outward, in the spirit of serving others.

Created by Amy Cooper, the 200-hour VajraPani Yoga Teacher Training curriculum reflects the potential of personal responsibility that we hold as yoga practitioners and teachers. VajraPani Yoga strives to integrate the physical health generating practices of Hatha Yoga with the ethical guidelines and transformative training behind yogic and Buddhist thought. Authenticity in action, speech, and thought promotes our greatest human capacities. VajraPani is a Bodhisattva steadfastly true to the awakening mind. According to specific Buddhist teachings, his wrathful appearance in paintings, sculptures, and writings is in a warrior pose, dancing wildly around flames depicting the transformative power of awakening, and holding the vajra, the thunderbolt scepter, representing truth and the power to cut through the darkness of delusion. For the yogi, the image of VajraPani symbolizes the fierce determination required to remove obstacles and rise above negativity.
