Just a heads up that today I am recording two podcasts:

1. The first one is on gender dysphoria and kiddos, my point of view as a treating clinician.

2. The second one is for my first responders, it is about intimacy and sleep hygiene when under stress, shift work, and fatigue.

I am preparing for my next podcast videos... was thinking to do a couple over the weekend:

1. Law Enforcement/First Responders: the Pros and Cons of Using Dark Humor to Cope

2. Gender Dysphoria: How the LGB movement and transgender as an identity hurts people with gender dysphoria and inhibits identity integration.

3. Gender Dysphoria: My thoughts on gender dysphoria and kiddos

4. Gender Dysphoria: Testosterone and feminization--how T actually makes females feel more confident, healthy, and sexually feminine and why providers must reconsider the how and why of their business-as-usual prescription of T-blockers for their MtF clients.

5. General Counseling: How my work with horses over the years has affected my approach as a therapist.
