Our March Story Corner was so fun to read to Ms. Krato’s Pre K class and in keeping with the theme and message of the book we played basketball with the kids. Ms. Betty our resident reader also brought cookies to share with the class!

Recently we dropped off books to our Partner school Child of God Lutheran. These books are to share with their teachers during Black History Month. They will help teachers tell the stories and raise awareness of so many important black figures.

Kaldi's Coffee Roasting Co. came to share with us “ The Art of the Roast”. We learned about the different flavors they offer, took a coffee talk quiz and had a game of Trivia. Our culinary team gave us some wonderful treats to enhance our experience. Thank you to our Regional Resident Experience Coordinator, Danyelle for organizing such a fun event.

What an AMAZING outing we had for our 2nd annual women’s history month outing. This year our community visited Bellefontaine Cemetery and Arboretum for a fascinating trolley tour of notable woman who are layed to rest in the cemetery. Shout out to Lacey our tour specialist who was so passionate and knowledgeable!!! It was a great trip. We will definitely be back for other tours!

Today our Monthly Employee Town Hall event was all about Team Work. March Madness was in full effect with basketball: trivia, chocolate and a free throw contest! So fun to grow as a team while having a blast!
