Important Medication Pick-Up & Refill Reminders📣

As we continue supporting you on your weight loss journey in 2026, we want to make sure everything runs smoothly!💕

✔️When picking up medication:
Please check all syringes and doses BEFORE you get home. Notify us immediately if you notice any issues such as:
• Bent needles
• Large air bubbles
• Missing items

✔️Refill Requests:
Please notify us at least 2 days before you need your refill if you are picking up medication. (Refills CANNOT be filled same day)

📲 All refill requests must be sent to our office number: 859–347–2477 (text or call)

Please avoid sending refill requests through Facebook or Messenger. This helps ensure we don’t miss your request 😊

Monday – Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
All messages and calls will be returned during regular business hours.
