Residents were truly captivated by a private showcase of carved art from Tim Patrick’s family collection. Each piece was lovingly crafted by Marvin Patrick, who spent his life transforming locally sourced wood into extraordinary works using only his pocket knife.

Some of his carvings have been featured in art shows across Appalachia, and one remarkable piece even toured the world for three years after winning a top international prize.

Sharing this collection with our residents was a meaningful moment, offering a beautiful window into Appalachian culture, history, and craftsmanship.

We had so much fun snapping a few Christmas pictures for families to cherish! 🎄📸

There was lots of laughter, plenty of smiles, and some fun horseplay along the way as we created these wonderful memories together. ❤️✨

The joy in these moments is priceless, and we loved every second of it! Here's to making the holidays even more special with the people who matter most.

Our residents were absolutely delighted by the Christmas story enacted by the talented students from Christian Traditional School! 🎄✨

The pageant was full of warmth, joy, and holiday spirit. The students put on an incredible performance, sharing the heart of Christmas in such a well-rehearsed and organized way. Our residents were truly touched by their effort and passion! 🎭💖

A huge thank you to the students for bringing the holiday magic to life for our residents!

Your time and kindness will mean so much. ❤️

Important Update for Our Residents, Families, and Community

We have an important and exciting update to share.

Windsor Care Center and Windsor Personal Care officially transitioned to family ownership and new management on December 1st. Our facilities will now proudly operate as Mt. Sterling Health & Rehab and Mt. Sterling Personal Care.

Our family has been operating in rural Kentucky for more than 20 years, and many of you already know us from the work we’ve done in communities just like this one. This change reflects our continued commitment to strengthening the care, support, and stability our residents and staff deserve.

What will NOT change:
➡️ The same trusted staff will continue caring for your loved ones.
➡️ The same familiar faces will remain right here, doing what they’ve always done.

Under RISE management, we’ll be doubling down on our values—Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence—and standing alongside the dedicated team already here to keep making this a place residents are proud to call home.

📱 Follow Our New pages

We’re moving to new community pages that reflect the updated names:

👉 Mt. Sterling Personal Care - https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61584074376991

Please take a moment to follow our new pages so you can stay connected with updates, activities, photos, and important announcements.

The Windsor Care Center and Windsor Personal Care pages will remain active through December 31st, and on January 1st it will no longer be accessible. We want to give everyone time to make the transition.

Thank you to our residents, families, staff, and this community for your support. We’re proud to continue this work under a new name—rooted in the same commitment to caring for the people of Mt. Sterling.
