We deliver compassionate, quality care in a welcoming environment and focus on enhancing the lives of those we serve. As a recognized leader in rehabilitation and long term care services in the Gateway Area since 1976, Windsor Care Center is a 144 bed skilled nursing facility conveniently located at 125 Sterling Way Mt Sterling, Kentucky. Our facility provides long-term care with a warm, personal manner in a comfortable, home-like setting. With a flexible, inter-disciplinary approach to healthcare, our dedicated team of professionals determines how to best serve the individual needs of each and every resident. Windsor Care Center serves the needs of our residents through multiple levels of care, including skilled and traditional care as well as respite care and palliative care. We are certified for Medicare and Medicaid and honor other qualified insurance carriers.

We are thrilled to introduce Sheila J., Nurse Practitioner for Dr. Butros' office, who plays a vital role in caring for our residents at Windsor Care Center. 🌟

With over 20 years in nursing, Sheila brings a wealth of experience, including a strong background in ICU nursing, house supervision, and case management.

She always has a spare moment to check in on her residents, ensuring their care is personalized and complete. Sheila’s positive attitude and genuine smile are just a few of the reasons our residents and staff adore her. 😊

Sheila originally entered nursing to work with pediatrics, but found a deep fulfillment in the dynamic world of ICU nursing. After receiving the call from Dr. Butros, she embraced a new chapter in geriatrics, and she’s never looked back.

Sheila is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to care for our Windsor residents, believing that the right environment can truly impact the lives of seniors in a positive way.
