Windsor Care Center Windsor Care Center, a proud Regency Care Facility, offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in the Mt. Sterling area.

We deliver compassionate, quality care in a welcoming environment and focus on enhancing the lives of those we serve. As a recognized leader in rehabilitation and long term care services in the Gateway Area since 1976, Windsor Care Center is a 144 bed skilled nursing facility conveniently located at 125 Sterling Way Mt Sterling, Kentucky. Our facility provides long-term care with a warm, personal manner in a comfortable, home-like setting. With a flexible, inter-disciplinary approach to healthcare, our dedicated team of professionals determines how to best serve the individual needs of each and every resident. Windsor Care Center serves the needs of our residents through multiple levels of care, including skilled and traditional care as well as respite care and palliative care. We are certified for Medicare and Medicaid and honor other qualified insurance carriers.

For more than 20 years, he has faithfully served the residents, uplifting hearts and minds through gospel, encouragement, and unwavering compassion. As he now steps away to care for his parents, his presence, kindness, and spiritual guidance will be deeply missed by both residents and staff.
