HORSE OF THE MONTH
Champ – Is a 15.2 hand, Sorrel gelding, owned by Bub Poynter. Champ known for his intelligence, gentle nature, and playful personality. Around the barn he’s famous for being a little mischievous but
despite his playful antics, Champ is incredibly smart and well trained. He can rear on command, side pass, and park out, showing both his talent and willingness to work.
Champ is also a movie Star (he was in a Hallmark movie). One of his most important roles, however, is serving as a Hippotherapy horse.
With his charm, intelligence, and kind heart, Champ is truly one of a kind. 🐴
