👇 This hurts my heart💔
Kentucky is ranked the 2nd…SECOND😧…most stressed state in the nation!

Jesus said the greatest commandment is to love the LORD my God with all my heart, all my soul, all my mind and all my strength. Then he followed that without missing a beat and said I am to love my neighbor as myself.

Well, my Kentuckians, you are my neighbor. My life has been filled with highs and lows that have been used to shape me into the person I am today. I want to use whatever of my heart, soul, mind and strength that I’ve been given to love the LORD by loving you well.

As it happens, I see the effects of stress spiritually, mentally and physically up close and personal all-to-often. As your neighbor and as a physician, I want to love you well.

Please share where you’re feeling or have felt the vice grip tightening in your life. I may not have answers, but I know the One who does. I will take your stressors to Him and prayerfully seek ways that I could be used to help get our sweet Kentucky home further down this list the next go ‘round.
