The truth of healing we all need to hear and inner-stand. Let this set in your brain. Your pain needs no validation from anyone other than YOU. Even if someone was to acknowledge and apologize for their actions that hurt you, the hurt still happened. It is so EASY to get trapped in the loop of wanting justice because of your experience and the emotional/mental/physical impact it has had on you. Healing is a mixture of our own acknowledgement, inner work, outer action, and mental transformation. You nurture the vessel your soul resides in. Take the lesson and hug yourself. Some will never see or know what you know to be true. Some will never say sorry. That is okay.

Believe it! Keep your vibrational frequency uplifted. Speak into existence these things, be grateful for life and all experiences; watch the shift. Take actions that you want to see reflected back to you, do the good thing and be happy you did no matter the outcome.
None of us are exempt from negativity and it is healing to feel/express/transmute that. Baseline needs to be grateful and the heart/mind need to be as well.
