🚨WE NOW OFFER EMDR THERAPY!🚨

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy is an evidence based psychotherapy that can help produce results (80%-90%) faster than traditional talk therapy for trauma. It doesn't erase memories, but it helps the brain reprocess them so they would no longer be distressing.

EMDR uses eye movements along with tapping, buzzers, or sounds to engage both sides of the brain (bilateral stimulation). This can also be done with coloring or dancing, usually for kids. EMDR can help the brain finish processing experiences that might have gotten "stuck."

Not only is it helpful for trauma, but can be for anxiety, somatic symptoms, depression, OCD/phobias, and chronic pain.

We are currently NOT accepting any donations!

Thank you all so much for allowing us to have enough to give back to those in need. Due to your kindness and endless donations, we have an influx of items and are currently not able to accept anymore! We never thought a problem like this could arise, but are continuously grateful to be able to have it.

We will post when we are accepting donations again, but until then, please donate to the Bethany House, God's Helping Hands, Help the Homeless, or other charities in Somerset to continue helping those who need it.
