It’s mental. Emotional. Nervous system deep. 🤍

If you’ve ever felt:

Feeling so grateful to be part of the Level 1 Functional Pelvic Health Practitioner™ Lab again as a Teaching Assistant with The Functional Pelvis 💫

Watching these OTs step into their confidence after months of dedicated learning, mentorship, and growth is so special. From anatomy to hands-on treatment, they’ve put in the work—and now they’re bringing it all to life in the lab.

I’m so excited to support them as they refine their skills, build confidence, and step fully into their roles as pelvic health practitioners 💪

Here’s to the next generation of strong, compassionate OTs changing the future of pelvic health 💜

Hey Mamas 🤍

Some days feel loud and overwhelming.
And then there are moments like this.

Quiet.
Slow.
Sacred.

Her tiny hand resting on me.
Her eyes looking up like I’m her whole world.

I don’t know how long this season will last.
The night wakings.
The constant touch.
The way my body is never really my own.

But I know one day I’ll miss this closeness.
The warmth.
The stillness.
The way she fits right here.

Motherhood is exhausting and holy all at once & and I’m soaking this moment in.

I hear you mama, I see you 🤍

Hey Mamas— the picture & video are just a snippet of my life with my girls 🤍 I want to talk about Co-occupation & maternal health••

Motherhood isn’t meant to be done alone.
So much of a parent’s mental health lives in the shared moments—feeding your baby, rocking them to sleep, bath time giggles, slow mornings, and messy evenings. These are called co-occupations: meaningful activities we do with our babies that shape connection, regulation, and emotional well-being for both of you 🤍

When these shared routines feel overwhelming, rushed, or unsupported, it can impact a mother’s mental health just as much as sleep deprivation or hormonal shifts. But when we support co-occupations—through pacing, positioning, routines, and nervous system regulation—we support maternal wellness, bonding, and confidence too.

You don’t need to do more.
You deserve support in what you’re already doing.

🤍 Motherhood is relational.
🤍 Mental health is occupational.
🤍 And healing can happen together.

✨ Happy New Year from Mommy & OT ✨

As I step into this new year, I’m holding space for fresh beginnings, healing, and strength—especially for mamas in every season of motherhood. 💙

Supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor healing is at the heart of what I do. Whether you’re seeking pelvic floor therapy or virtual postpartum pelvic floor support, my goal is to meet you where you are with compassionate, evidence-based care.

Here’s to a year of reconnecting with your body, feeling supported, and moving forward with confidence. 🤍

✨ New year. Strong roots. Supported mamas. ✨

Hi, I’m Dayna!

Proud mom of two wonderful girls, an avid traveler, fitness enthusiast, and coffee fanatic who loves getting lost in a good book. I’m a Speech-Language Pathologist with experience across the lifespan — from infants to older adults — and I’m passionate about helping individuals and families find their voice and thrive in every season of life.

I’m committed to bringing high-quality, compassionate speech therapy to our community soon, combining evidence-based practice with a warm, family-centered approach.

Fun fact: I breastfed one of my daughters until she was four and ran a full marathon while pregnant — so supporting strong parents and resilient little ones is truly part of who I am!

Hi, I'm Stacey!

I’m a perinatal health specialist and pelvic floor expert passionate about supporting women, babies, and families through every season of life. My work focuses on postpartum recovery, maternal mental health, infant development, torticollis treatment, and pelvic floor therapy — blending evidence-based care with compassion, empowerment, and trauma-informed practices.

My goal is to help families feel confident, understood, and supported as they navigate the earliest (and often hardest) stages of parenthood.

Hi friends, family, and everyone that’s supported me with my Mommy and OT journey the past few years! I want to introduce you to Wildflower Wellness Therapy Services, LLC.

Wildflower Wellness was created from a deep passion for supporting families in our community — from the earliest newborn days, through childhood, motherhood, and beyond. We saw a real need in Knox County for compassionate, trauma-informed, evidence-based care for babies, children, and mothers — and we’re honored to help fill that gap.

Wildflower Wellness was created with one simple belief: our community deserves accessible, compassionate, family-centered care — right here at home. We strive by our motto: Nurturing growth. Cultivating balance.

Just like wildflowers, we believe every person deserves the space, support, and nourishment they need to grow strong, resilient, and beautifully unique. That belief guides everything we do.

🌼 Opening January 2026
🌼 We can’t wait to serve your family.

Something new is blooming in Knox County!

“That will never catch on.”

I was on the phone with my former Women’s Health Physical Therapy residency director. She had just laughed at the idea of training acute care therapists to offer rehab services to patients in the hospital after birth.

âžť That was one year before a clinical lead at Duke consulted with me on how to start an inpatient obstetrics rehab program.

➝ Four years before Corredor-Waldron’s study revealed that Black women were 25 percent more likely to undergo a C-section because of their skin color alone.

➝ Five years before EA Charles’ study showed that more than 10 percent of C-section recipients feel pain during their surgery, a statistic unthinkable for any other surgical procedure.

âžť Five years before that same residency director stood on a national stage and explained how her team saved their health system more than $500,000 by offering PT on the maternity unit and through telehealth.

Hearing her laugh reminded me of something.

Residency programs, continuing education courses, and professional development organizations were never created to produce clinicians who practiced within the limits of their profession. They were designed to create environments where professionals learned how to expand beyond them.

I know now what I knew when I graduated from the women’s health PT residency program at Duke University Hospital:

✨Occupational and physical therapists are some of the most innovative professionals in healthcare.
✨When we see someone in distress, it’s not in our nature to stand on the sidelines and wait for a referral.
✨We respond. We step in. We lead.

Dr. Stacey Rosselot, OTD, MOTR/L, PHS-C, FPHP is one of those clinicians who didn’t need permission to lead early. ERAD® simply revealed who she already was.

Her words say the rest:
“I just started my postpartum OB OT rehab program at my hospital.”

Enhanced Recovery After Delivery® Professionals are elevating early birth recovery care across maternity hospitals nationwide faster than anything we have seen in rehab.

Meet the professionals who are not waiting for permission to deliver services that reflect the birth recovery experience mothers want for themselves and their families: https://pelvichealthnetwork.org/pelvic-health-directory/

Welcome to my new followers 🤍I’m Stacey, a women’s health occupational therapist, wife, and girl mama who believes that empowering women starts with helping them feel at home in their own bodies again. I’m passionate about all things belly, baby, and beyond — from pregnancy and postpartum recovery to pelvic floor health and the messy, beautiful seasons of motherhood.

When I’m not supporting mamas and families, you’ll find me on a walk with a Diet Coke in hand, listening to true crime podcasts, or chasing my girls around the house (usually in yoga pants and a “mama” sweatshirt). Faith keeps me grounded, naps keep me functional, and laughter keeps me sane.

Here, you’ll find a mix of real-life motherhood, women’s health education, gentle reminders to slow down, and a little bit of chaos — because balance doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to be honest.

Let’s normalize rest, talk about what no one talks about, and empower women to feel strong, seen, and supported — always. 💜
