It's been a while since we posted. We wanted to share a Mental Health Matters resource. The MHA (Mental Health Association) has some screening tools on their website. So if you ever wonder, "Am I experiencing anxiety?... Post partum?... Depression?" MHA has some screening tools that may help in our process. Please keep in mind, each of us is on a unique journey, so these screenings are just a generic tool to get you thinking and talking. If you are looking to connect with a therapist, Counseling Works LCSW, PLLC has limited availability.
