I see it all the time— we focus on weight loss, but really there’s a deeper issue at hand that needs addressed and the weight part comes as a byproduct (which means it actually stays off!!)

And you know what? Focusing on healthy over skinny takes so much pressure off— it removes the shame and frustration.

Yes, you can see the weight loss (40lbs gone), but can you see that she’s now pain free, off all cholesterol, allergy and blood pressure meds, tapering off antidepressants (2 out of 3 gone), having normal periods with balanced hormones and no hot flashes - and is no longer considered pre diabetic with normal blood sugar levels? Restored, sustainable health goes well beyond a number on the scale. (And it starts in the gut!)

Ok y'all it's been awhile since I have done a update on my progress the first photo was taken in Jan 2020 and Second Dec 2020 so in a 11 months

267lbs-216lbs
Size 24-16 jeans
Shirt 3X-Large

I take
Slim, Metaburn,Ease and Active
And currently added the biocleanse, Probio 5 and Xfactor plus and I drink about half of a gallon of water on most days,I'm no where close to being at my idea weight and yes it takes a slow process for me ,but it is all worth the wait,and as Plexus says The Health and happiness company as you can see in my after photo that really shows

How big is your “BUT?”

💥”I try to exercise, BUT I don’t have time/I am too tired/I haven’t seen results.”
