We are glad to see so many of you excited for our holiday giveaway, which could net you a free stretch therapy massage with Jodie! But, what is stretch therapy massage?

Stretch therapy massages will be very familiar to anyone who has experienced a traditional massage. There will be similar techniques and benefits, though with a few more added in.

Incorporating some assisted stretching into the massage provides the perks of typical stretching, but performed by an expert while your body is in a very relaxed state, improving muscle function, mobility, and flexibility.

Remember, the giveaway isn't the only way to get one of these massages! Reach out to us by phone or online anytime to set up an appointment! 💆‍♂️💆‍♀️

Therapeutic massages are tailored to the individual and their needs. It can be focused on healing specific injuries or alleviating soreness from targeted areas.
