In-A-Jam to Perform Free Community Concert at Ohio Eastern Star Home
The Ohio Eastern Star Home invites residents, families, and the greater community to enjoy a lively afternoon of music with a free concert by In-A-Jam on Tuesday, December 23rd at 2:00 p.m. The performance will take place in the Community Room at the Ohio Eastern Star Home.
In-A-Jam, an eclectic acoustic/electric trio from Delaware, Ohio, features the musical talents of Ken Schwartz, Annette Schwartz, and Rolf Remlinger. Known for their engaging performances and wide-ranging repertoire, the group performs music spanning from the 1950s to today, offering a well-loved mix of rock, country, folk, and pop favorites and some seasonal tunes mixed in.
The concert is free and open to the public, making it a wonderful opportunity for community members of all ages to come together and enjoy live music in a welcoming setting.
The Ohio Eastern Star Home is located at 1451 Gambier Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio.

Last week some of our residents took time to do something we all love around the holiday, to cook. Residents gathered together from independent living apartments, and other areas of the building to cook a Thanksgiving meal. Thanks to our amazing Life Enrichment staff for helping facilitate this event.

Yesterday we took time to celebrate and recognize our Veterans living here on the campus of The Ohio Eastern Star Home and Pine Hill - Independent Senior Living. Special thanks to the Highland High School JROTC program and Business Professionals of America students for their participation in honoring those who served.
