What do you do BEFORE you get sick to stay healthy?

That’s what Preventive Care is about! You can manage things like your eating habits, daily exercise, and preventive check ups.

At annual wellness visits, your doctor or other health care provider will ask you to fill out a questionnaire called a “Health Risk Assessment”. Answering these questions help you and your doctor develop a personalized prevention plan to help you stay healthy and get the most out of your visit. Your visit may include:

▪ Routine measurements (like height, weight, and blood pressure).
▪ A review of your medical and family history.
▪ A review of your current prescriptions.
▪ Personalized health advice.
▪ Advance care planning.

Stay prepared and call 740-399-8008 to schedule an appointment at any of our locations!

March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month.

By knowing the risk factors and signs and symptoms, you may be able to catch CRC at its earliest stage.

More than half (55%) of CRC in the U.S. are attributable to potentially modifiable risk factors, including excess body weight, high consumption of red or processed meat, low calcium intake, heavy alcohol consumption, and very low intake of fruits and vegetables and whole-grain fiber.

Happy International Women's Day! This year's theme is

When we give, we gain. Together, let's help forge gender equality through abundant giving.

The IWD 2026 Give To Gain Campaign encourages a mindset of generosity and collaboration. Give To Gain emphasizes the power of reciprocity and support. When people, organizations, and communities give generously, opportunities and support for women increase. Giving is not a subtraction, it's intentional multiplication. When women thrive, we all rise.

Whether through donations, knowledge, resources, infrastructure, visibility, advocacy, education, training, mentoring, or time, contributing to women's advancement helps create a more supportive and interconnected world.
