Great weather has allowed so much to continue around our campus. Paving crews worked on getting driveways and parking areas completed for those moving in later this month!

Here are a few updates that have been going on the last week or so. We spent some time out around the campus this morning and wanted to show the progress. Cabinetry being set in, trim work, masonry, flooring, paint, and much more happening!

The first of the patio homes are headed towards completion and move in around the corner! Some see us on the campus of The Ohio Eastern Star Home!

If you want to understand it all better, join us at a public seminar held at Paul’s Place Restaurant in the Pine Hill Independent Senior Living community on Wednesday, September 10, at 3:00PM, located at 125 Eastern Star Rd, Mount Vernon, OH, on the campus of The Ohio Eastern Star Home. A representative from ProCore Health Brokers will lead the seminar, giving you an opportunity to ask questions as we approach Medicare Open Enrollment season in October. Another foundation for our Patio Homes here at Pine Hill Independent Senior Living ready to be poured. Off in the distance the siding, masonry, and much more all being worked on today around the job site. Crews are working non-stop.

🌟 A Very Successful Open House at Pine Hill Independent Senior Living! 🌟

This week we hosted our special “by invitation only” preview followed by our public Open House sessions, and the turnout was nothing short of amazing. With around 200 interested individuals, couples, and families joining us, the excitement around Pine Hill continues to grow.

Interest in our apartments and patio homes was so strong that during our very first session, we had to open an additional apartment for guests to tour! It was wonderful to see our community bustling with so much energy and enthusiasm.
One of the highlights of the day was watching our current Pine Hill residents engage with visitors—sharing their stories, their experiences, and what life in our community truly means to them. Their voices made the day even more special and authentic.
