👀 Psssttt….I’ve got some exciting news! Manual Lymphatic Drainage is coming to MTV Therapeutic Massage!

🙏I recently took a class in North Carolina and am so excited to add this to my practice!

🫀Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle technique aimed to facilitate the natural flow of lymph, which transports waste products away from the tissues and toward the heart.

👂The benefits from MLD include boosting the Immune System, it encourages detoxification, helps reduce fluid retention and enhances circulation. It is also widely used for post operation swelling and fluid retention from cosmetic surgery.

✌️I will be offering TWO separate MLD services!

🥰Full Body MDL-$100-75 minutes
This service includes vibration plate, diaphragmatic breathing, full MLD, stomach included, and dry brushing.

💆‍♀️MLD Facial-$60-45 minutes
This service uses Red Light Therapy, diaphragmatic breathing, and gentle massage to promote detoxification to the facial skin tissues, illuminate your complexion, and help enhance your skin elasticity!!

❓What are all these fancy extras?

🫨Vibration plate-gently shaking helps stimulate circulation and lymph flow on the body

🚨Red Light Therapy-improves skin conditions like wrinkles, acne, scars, as well as, promote healing and reduce inflammation.

🧽 Dry Brushing-An Ayurvedic tradition! It is a dry brush on dry skin that stimulates circulation, lymph, and exfoliates.

Good Morning and Happy Tuesday!

Fill Your Cup Friday Morning Yin Yoga w/ Jennifer August 15th at 9am!

Come “fill your cup” with a full hour for just yourself without any expectations! We are so wrapped in being busy, meeting deadlines, running here or there that it’s beyond important to give yourself some self love and not pour from an empty cup!! The yoga mat is one of the best places to do that, a place to be present.

BACK TO SCHOOL SPECIAL!!!!

Please join Tammy this Sunday, August 3rd for Sacred Sunday Sound Bath class at 5pm. $15/person

The name Sound Bath comes from the idea that the sound vibrations during the meditation are washing over your body. Using the healing properties of sound waves promoting a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace.

During your sonic journey, various instruments like the Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, ocean drum, and chimes are played to produce specific frequencies. These sound waves help to balance and restore at a cellular level, promoting a deep sense of relaxation and harmony into the body’s energy systems.

Class will run 60 minutes and will include some gentle stretching, restorative yoga, followed by a short meditation, ending in a 30 minute sound bath.
