It’s been awhile since I’ve posted, I hope ya’ll are doing well and surviving Old Man Winter!

🙏 I’ve used these last 6 months to gain experience, knowledge, and find my own rhythm in this new modality! I’ve had a lot of success from physical differences. weight loss, reduced over all swelling and leg edema, body contouring from post op MLD therapy, to simply feeling better!

Tonight, the darkness reaches its deepest point.
Not to frighten us — but to remind us where the light is born.

The Winter Solstice marks the end of an old cycle and the quiet beginning of a new one.
A sacred pause.
A breath between what has been and what is yet to come.

This is the night to release what no longer belongs to you.
Old fears. Heavy thoughts. Worn-out patterns.
Not with force — but with awareness.

And as the Sun prepares its slow return,
set gentle intentions for the days ahead.
Seeds of clarity, strength, peace and truth.

Honor the darkness.
Welcome the light.

Hello everyone! There’s a lot coming up in the next few weeks here at the studio that I’m excited to share!

🎶 It’s that time, Christmas time is here!-bonus if you can name that movie!

👀 The studio will be closed December 24th-January 5th to spend some much needed time with my kids. I will not be available those two weeks and will return all calls, texts and messages on January 5th.
