Today we are highlighting one of our most valued team members, Jessica Biles!
Here at Middle Way Acupuncture Institute, we are fabulously blessed with an administration that is competent, compassionate, and despite administrative duties that weigh in heavily on the regulatory side, we are all possessed of fairly decent senses of humor. Nobody encapsulates all of these outstanding traits more than our Registrar, Director of Student Services, and Director of Administration, Jessica Biles. Jessica has headed up these positions at Middle Way for the last eight years. She is one of the most conscientious workers I have ever had the pleasure with which to work, ensuring consistently that classes, teachers, and students are communicated with regarding weather, technical issues, and other situations that come up that need immediate and ongoing attention.
She has worked with numerous students to provide dozens of specifics needed to get their academic acupuncture learning off the ground, and is always professional, kind, and considerate. Because of her history with the school, she is able to quickly and effectively curtail issues before the issues become huge problems and I don't know how many times she has averted disaster. She is also a source of hilarious movie recommendations, but in all earnestness Jessica is an absolute angel that our school is blessed to have, and I am a better person for knowing her.
