The mission of Hot Yoga Escape is to provide a space for the Knox county community to experience a sense of overall wellness head to toe. HYE's goal is to enable it's clients to further enhance their lives seeking balance and union of mind, body and soul. HYE will specialize in and offer hot yoga classes as well as other complementary yoga and fitness classes. The studio will offer retail comprising of yoga apparel, accessories and more. HYE will provide an atmosphere and space for our community to gather and walk away with an experience.

Before we say goodbye to November, we wanted to say one final congrats to our November Hottie of the Month- Jaret Treber!

Jaret became a part of the HYE community Summer of 2023. You can find him in a variety of classes with his upbeat personality and a smile.

Jaret shared, "Honestly, I was always a bit intimidated by yoga given my questionable coordination. I still feel awkward during most workouts, but I really appreciate the support of the HYE instructors, as they are always encouraging me to make it my own practice. I enjoy the variation and challenge that the different classes offer, as well as the sense of accomplishment, calories burned, and noticeable increase in flexibility. Sometimes it’s a struggle to get myself to go, but I never regret it. What makes it really special is that it’s an activity my wife and I enjoy doing together. More time with your best friend is always a good thing."
