January may be bringing in the snow, but the kitchen crew at RAC are bring in the smiles! Our bagels and lox were a big hit for breakfast, featuring everything bagels, cream cheese, cold smoked salmon, capers, fresh dill, pickled red onions, and a fresh squeeze of lemon juice!! Not to mention the Bimbimbap bowls we served for lunch! Our kitchen crew always goes above and beyond, ensuring we fulfill client requests to the best of their abilities!
