The parking lot has been (mostly) cleared, though the driveway is down to one lane. The doc is in the office for normal hours today and tomorrow. Use caution if you're coming in, and remember that we can schedule telehealth for illnesses if needed. Be safe!

Due to the weather, we are not scheduling appointments for tomorrow (Monday, January 25th). We will be answering phones as we are able (depending on the power situation) and checking messages in between clearing the walkways and drive.

Holiday time is here! We'll be closed Wednesday through Friday this week for Christmas, and we'll be closed next week on Thursday for New Year's Day. The doc will be on her own next week, so leave a voicemail or drop a note in the portal if no one answers the phone. Wishing all of you a healthy and peaceful holiday.

The doctor has been under the weather for a couple of days, so the office will be closed tomorrow. Tosha will be answering phones from home, and we'll try to be on top of the portal, so let us know if you need anything, and we're planning to be back Tuesday with normal operation.

Camp season is upon us, so expect the doc to be out here and there over the next few weeks. She's serving as medical officer at a Cub Scout day camp June 26-27, and at Girl Scout day camp July 7-11. And the office will be closed for the July 4th holiday.

We are in the midst of a phone upgrade that is not going as smoothly as had been hoped. If you're trying to reach us, the portal may be a better option. We'll try to update when things are looking a bit smoother.

We will be closed tomorrow (Friday, January 10). We will make decisions about next week based on what this weekend's storm brings us. If you need to reach us after we close this evening, please send a message through the portal. I can't guarantee what time I'll be able to come in to check voicemails tomorrow, so the portal is your best bet if you have a concern that needs to be addressed in a timely manner.

I have made some progress on clearing out a portion of the entrance to the parking lot, and I'm hoping to head back out after hydrating a bit to make another run at it. However, the lot itself will *not* be cleared, meaning that after a few passes of folks driving over it and the temperature not rising above freezing, we are likely to have some slippery spots over the next several days. We will keep the ramp cleared, so always default to coming in that way if you're uncertain about your footing. All that said, I do plan to be open tomorrow, barring a newly-downed power line or other catastrophe.

We will be closed today. We will assess on a day-to-day basis what our plans are, since there's still a chance of power and Internet outages, as the trees in the area are under a pretty significant layer of ice. Right now, you would have a pretty hard time getting into the lot, so the doc will be grabbing a shovel in a bit and seeing what progress she can make. If you have questions or requests, PLEASE put them in the patient portal. We can't guarantee phone access at the office, and the portal will be accessible with a laptop and a hot spot. Stay warm and safe!

We will be open next week every day except Wednesday. However, Tosha will be on vacation, so the doc will be by herself for most of that time. If no one answers the phone, she's probably tied up with a patient; just leave a message on the voicemail or send a note through the portal.

Holiday schedule: We will be open Monday December 23rd and Friday December 27th. We will be closed December 24th, 25th, and 26th for Christmas. We will be closed January 1st for New Year's.

Important! The office will be CLOSED for most of the day on Wednesday, June 5th, and Thursday, June 6th. Tosha is on vacation, and the doc will be out at Girl Scout camp. If you need us, send a message through the portal, or leave us a voicemail. Portal messages will likely be answered when the doc has a few spare minutes at camp, voicemails will be answered sometime on Friday the 7th. Hope everyone else has plans to get a little Vitamin D (with the appropriate amount of sunscreen, of course!).
