Phil brings extensive experience in healthcare leadership and a strong commitment to advancing physician-led orthopedic surgical care. My experience at this doctor's office was one of the best experiences have dealing with a doctor they're polite their patient their understanding the care is fabulous when I got hurt they reached out to me because I have been there before and without no hesitation they made me a doctor's appointment .. hands down this is the best place to go.

Very nice office and friendly staff. They were on the ball with doing imaging during the first appointment. They explained everything and set a clear treatment plan.

A woman I know well fell and broke her right shoulder a little over a year ago we Went to every doctor in Jacksonville and Springfield they all told her it was over there head's and she would have to go to St Louis or Chicago and likely get it amputated.finally one of them sent her to doctor Sullivan so I took her to Mt Zion she really likes doctor Sullivan and everyone she's met there and. He (FIXED) her shoulder a reverse total shoulder arthroplasty.a lot of driving but so glad there is a doc.within a 2 hour drive of home 2 thumbs way up...

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sullivan! Due to my lifelong health issues, Dr. Sullivan has operated on me four times for different reasons, and all have been successful. Very thankful for him and his staff who are always ready to answer questions.

Back in February I rolled my ankle and had to get checked out by an orthopedic doctor. That doctor was Dr. Sohail. Sohail was amazing he did my surgery on my ankle back in June. I stretched the ligaments in the ankle and he had to repair it. Best Dr in town! Highly recommend!
