Baxter Health is seeking a Grants Program Coordinator to lead grant development and management efforts that support rural health, workforce programs, capital projects, and service line growth across our organization.
What You’ll Do:
Research, write, and submit federal, state, and private grants
Coordinate and track awarded grants to ensure compliance, reporting, and financial oversight
Collaborate with teams across Finance, Nursing, Population Health, Facilities, Leadership, and more
Support departments in planning and implementing grant-funded programs
Serve as the central point of contact for all Baxter Health grant activity
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Business, Journalism, or related field
3–5 years of experience in grant writing, grant coordination, or program reporting
Healthcare experience preferred
Exceptional organization, writing, and analytical skills
Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented professional
