We are so blessed at our agency with 2 amazing bosses. Our executive director Andrea Miller and our Business Manager, Stephanie Laxton. The odd thing about this year, is that Andrea was leaving early on Wednesday and wouldn't be here for Boss's Day Thursday. She was very instrumental ( behind the scenes)at getting things done, so that Stephanie would be recognized on Thursday. At the same time, Stephanie was sneaking around getting things done so Andrea would be recognized before she left. Both women, with the help of Michelle Cooper who secretly was the go-between, put the other ahead of themselves, so their partner would be recognized. Neither of them thought we would recognize them. These are the types of leaders we are blessed with. Selfless women who lead by example, who are brave, brilliant, caring, generous. We couldn't ask for more.Thank you, Andrea and Steph for being our bosses!!!
