We are so excited to have our dish added to the Rapp's Barren Brewing Company "Healthy Eats" menu! Our very own, Sarah Edwards, threw that dart on Algeria and it was voted best plate of the night!

The story behind our Lamb Tagine 📰

It all started with a dart thrown at a world map.

Back in February, we had the honor of hosting Global Plates, a dinner benefiting the Baxter Health Foundation. Leaders from Baxter Health threw darts at a map, and Executive Chef Michael Blaha turned those locations into a six-course culinary experience inspired by flavors from around the world.

At the end of the night, guests voted for their favorite dish to become the next addition to our Baxter Healthy Eats series… and that’s how Lamb Tagine made its way onto our menu.

Inspired by flavors from Algeria, this dish features braised lamb and golden raisins over Moroccan couscous with carrots, zucchini, and onion — bold, balanced, and guilt free.

Sign up your 11, 12, or 13 year old for a Safe Sitter® class designed to prepare students to be safe when they're home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting.

This instructor-led class is filled with fun games and role-playing exercises. Students even get to use manikins to practice rescue skills like choking and CPR!

Today is the day! Employee Fund Drive kickoff day! We are excited to see our employees rally around this annual drive and reach our goal of $200,000!

Today is the kick-off of the 2026 Baxter Health Employee Fund Drive! Members of the Employee Fund Drive Council dressed up as some fun characters will visit departments and clinics to deliver treats, thank employees for their continued support, and encourage them to help us reach our $200,000 goal for 2026!

Since the Employee Fund Drive (EFD) began in 2001, Baxter Health employees have pledged over $3.2 million to support our projects, many of which are funded solely by the EFD. We are so thankful for the generosity of the Baxter Health family, and we can't wait to announce that we've reached our goal!
