Baxter Health Foundation is excited to welcome Gianna Sherry to the team as a Gifts Officer. A former educator, Gianna brings years of experience building meaningful relationships with students, families, and colleagues, leading initiatives, and turning big-picture goals into real, measurable impact. She recognized that these same strengths translate seamlessly into fundraising, where listening closely, connecting people to purpose, and helping supporters see the power of their generosity are essential. Gianna is excited to bring a teacher’s heart, a leader’s mindset, and a collaborator’s spirit to her work in philanthropy.
Outside of the office, Gianna is passionate about exercise, nutrition, and cultivating a positive mindset, and she is a devoted animal lover. She has been happily married for years and is the proud parent of three very active children, often found cheering from the sidelines at their games and activities. Gianna has called Mountain Home home for the past 20 years and has a deep love for this community, making it especially meaningful for her to support a mission that gives back to the place and people she cares about most.

The Employee Fund Drive Committee was pleased to present a $10,000 check to the Baxter Health Friends Fund! This amazing program helps meet the needs of patients through Baxter Health’s social workers in our Continuity of Care department in the form of support for medications, food insecurities, and more.

Thank you to all of our amazing employees throughout the whole health system who donate each year to the Employee Fund Drive and our Employee Fund Drive Committee! This wouldn’t be possible without you!
