If you’re a survivor of sexual assault, you don’t have to go through this alone. Baxter Health now offers a free, confidential monthly support group in a safe and welcoming space.
This group is a place to connect with others, talk through what you’re carrying, and find resources that can help with healing — all at your own pace.
You’ll be supported by our team of SANE nurses, therapists, and caring staff.

Our doors are open to women who have experienced sexual assault through our Grace & Growth support group. Join us every third Tuesday at the Schliemann Center for Women's Health to be empowered, encouraged, and supported by clinical mental health counselors, sexual assault nurse examiners, and other survivors who are there for you.

Jamie Leach and Holly Johnson are in West Plains today for Projrct Homeless Connect, an event at the civic center today. There are community resources and services to help those in need, including medical and mental health care, housing assistance, dental and vision care, and resources for food and clothing.
