Hello wonderful people! The month of November is all about gratitude. I am so grateful to the clients who have given me so much fulfillment in my work. I truly love to see the changes that happen in a person when they start to receive the love and attention their body and soul crave. Bodywork is one of those things that has brought me more connection to the soul, appreciation for the human-ness of our lives, and the true meaning of community.

Important Update to Booking Policy

Hi friends, I want to thank each of you for the incredible support you’ve shown for my work — it truly means the world to me.

Lately, I’ve had a growing number of last-minute changes and cancellations, and it’s made it harder to hold consistent space for everyone who wants to book. To help with this, I’ll be introducing a small deposit requirement for all future appointments.

A $25 deposit will now be required at the time of booking to reserve your session. This deposit will go toward your service and is non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment. If you need to reschedule in advance, the deposit will simply transfer to your new time.

This small shift helps ensure everyone’s time is honored — yours, mine, and those waiting for openings. Thank you for understanding and helping me keep this practice sustainable and balanced for all of us.
