With the winter storm fast approaching and travel becoming hazardous, we’re encouraging our members to stay home and stay safe.
That said — you can still get a great workout in from anywhere! No equipment needed, just your body and a little space.

Here’s your Weststar At-Home Workout Plan:

🦵 Saturday – Lower Body
Complete 3 rounds:• Squats – 15• Reverse Lunges – 10 each leg• Glute Bridges – 20• Wall Sit – 30–45 seconds• Calf Raises – 25
Rest 60 seconds between rounds.

🔥 Sunday– Core
Complete 3 rounds:• Plank – 30–45 seconds• Bicycle Crunch – 20• Leg Raises – 15• Russian Twists – 20• Dead Bug – 10 each side
Rest 45–60 seconds between rounds.

💪 Monday– Upper Body
Complete 3 rounds:• Push-Ups (modify as needed) – 10–15• Shoulder Taps – 20• Triceps Dips (chair/couch) – 15• Pike Push-Ups – 10• Arm Circles – 30 seconds

Excited to have helped bring this new addition to the Harrison Medical Community. Grand opening on the way. They’re already open for clinic visits and referrals. On Monday, January 5th, we’re kicking off the new year with the relocation of NARMC Physicians Clinic!

Dr. Daniel Decker and Hannah Wilburn, APRN, are excited to welcome you to their new clinic location. The new clinic is located just one block away from the main NARMC campus, near NARMC's Family Doctors Clinic.

This move represents an important step forward in expanding specialty care and supporting the expertise of our urology team as they continue caring for patients across our region.
