Our next chapter is about to begin! Our new locations at 250 Bucher Drive, Mountain Home, AR 72653, the former Family Dental Care clinic, and 4318 US 65 South, Harrison, AR 72601, the current Pain Treatment Centers of America clinic, will be welcoming you soon. We have partnered with Pain Treatment Centers of America to assist in this transition, as well as other local facility partners to be announced soon.

Drs. McNelley, Price, and Slepicka along with their APRN team of Stephanie Smith, Jessica Dwyer, McKenzie Lively, and Lesli Vargas will be separating from Baxter Health on March 20, 2026 and look forward to seeing their current and future patients at our new locations. They will continue seeing previously scheduled patients at the current Baxter locations in Mountain Home, Harrison, and West Plains until March 20th.

Dr. Chatman has recently retired from full-time practice and has transitioned to an advisory role for our group. He has referred his patients to our current full-time physician team and welcomes his patients to continue following with their current APRN until they establish with their new doctor at a future follow-up visit.

Current patients do not need to re-establish care and can keep previously scheduled appointments with their doctor or nurse practitioner unless otherwise notified. New patients that were referred to Drs. McNelley, Price, Slepicka, or Chatman and have not yet been scheduled are welcome to reach out to us at 479-323-0557 to check on your referral status. We are also accepting new patient appointments! Just ask your current primary care or specialist provider for a referral.

We appreciate your patience as we prepare our new locations and transition our records from Baxter Health. We intend for there to be no disruption to the ongoing care of established patients and if you are in need of an appointment, medication refill, procedure, or just have a question we encourage you to reach out via our new phone number 479-323-0557.

That said — you can still get a great workout in from anywhere! No equipment needed, just your body and a little space.

Here’s your Weststar At-Home Workout Plan:

🦵 Saturday – Lower Body
Complete 3 rounds:• Squats – 15• Reverse Lunges – 10 each leg• Glute Bridges – 20• Wall Sit – 30–45 seconds• Calf Raises – 25
Rest 60 seconds between rounds.

🔥 Sunday– Core
Complete 3 rounds:• Plank – 30–45 seconds• Bicycle Crunch – 20• Leg Raises – 15• Russian Twists – 20• Dead Bug – 10 each side
Rest 45–60 seconds between rounds.

💪 Monday– Upper Body
Complete 3 rounds:• Push-Ups (modify as needed) – 10–15• Shoulder Taps – 20• Triceps Dips (chair/couch) – 15• Pike Push-Ups – 10• Arm Circles – 30 seconds
