TOTAL Therapy Winter Coat Drive! ❄️🧥
We’re excited to kick off our Winter Coat Drive starting December 10th through January 31st!

As temperatures drop, many families in our community are in need of warm coats and together, we can make a big difference. 💙

We’re collecting new or gently used winter coats in all sizes (kids and adults). If you have a coat you’re ready to pass along, or you’d like to purchase a new one to donate, we’d love for you to be part of this effort!

HOW IT WORKS:
🧥 Bring new or gently used coats: clean and in good condition.
📍 Drop them off in the designated bin located in the lobby at TOTAL Physical Therapy + Wellness or TOTAL Kids Pediatric Therapy.
📅 Donations accepted from Dec. 10th – Jan. 31st.
💙 Our team will collect, sort, and deliver all donated coats to local families and organizations in need throughout the Twin Lakes community.

Every coat helps keep someone warm this winter, and we’re so grateful for your support. Let’s come together and spread kindness, warmth, and comfort to those who need it most. ❄️💙

Meet Chelsee, the Magic Behind the Scenes!

At Total Physical Therapy + Wellness, we know great care doesn’t happen by accident-it takes incredible people working tirelessly behind the scenes.

This month, we’re thrilled to highlight our Clinical Operations Administrator, Chelsee, who handles all the things most people never see: schedule coordination, insurance issues, patient questions, staff support, clinic flow, supply management, billing questions and the daily problem-solving that keeps our doors open and our care exceptional!

Chelsee jumps in wherever needed, anticipates what the clinic needs before we even know, and keeps Blair focused and functioning (which, trust us, is a full-time job on its own 😂).

We couldn’t ask for a more dedicated, dependable, or uplifting team member. Thank you for all you do! 💙
