Just want to bring up the word COMFORT-Definition = A state of physical ease and freedom)yes, comfort is a good thing and this is something that we generally want overall but if you have goals and you are wanting to work towards those goals you have to get outside of your comfort zone!! Change and growth go hand in hand. You have to be willing to change if you want to grow 💚

But as you keep quitting, it gets easier to quit. Keep showing up, it gets easier to keep showing up. “Success isn’t determined by how bad you want it, it’s determined by the things you’re willing to do to chase after it.”
Your thoughts becomes your words, your words become your actions and it’s those actions that defines your success.

Often times I think a lot of people feel they have to immediately be 100% better than they were. Where in reality each day we’re looking for just 1%.

Tell yourself each morning I’m going to be better than yesterday.
Each night before bed ask yourself did I do everything I could? And what can I do better tomorrow😉
