Consistent tailored massage is key🤌🏽✨

With massage therapy, benefits are best received by consistent work on targeted areas. Specialty massage therapy isn’t for everyone, and that’s okay. Relaxation massage has its place, but not here.
For my clients, we target their specific issues with techniques such as deep neuromuscular therapy + proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), myo-fascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, heated scraping, sports massage, and shockwave therapy.

At Revive Motion, I go beyond the generic approach to solving your soft tissue dysfunctions. I take the educated approach. The science-based approach. The approach that makes sense for your body’s needs. It’s not spa fluff - it’s REAL therapy with REAL results.🔥

Homework can be included if you are willing to put in the work. Corrective exercise has great benefits when paired with massage therapy. And again, consistency is KEY👏🏼
