When your stomach is upset, your body is asking for gentleness 🤍

Currently dealing with a tummy ache myself, so here’s how I support digestion naturally:

🌿 Warmth first
A heating pad or warm compress on the belly helps relax cramping and supports circulation.

🌿 Gentle herbal support
– Peppermint → helps ease gas & spasms
– Ginger → supports digestion and nausea
– Chamomile → calming to both gut and nervous system

(Sipped slowly as a tea works best.)

🌿 Hydration, not overload
Small sips of warm water or herbal tea — avoid ice-cold drinks when digestion is struggling.
