Desert Sage Health Centers sites will be closed from Thursday, November 27th, through Friday, November 28th, in observance of Thanksgiving.

Our Mountain Home site will resume regular business hours on Saturday, November 29th. We are grateful for the time off to be with our families. We wish you and yours a safe and healthy holiday.

⚠️Big Medicare Changes Coming for 2026 — Even if You Love Your Plan, Read This. ⚠️

If you or someone you care about is on a Medicare Advantage plan, there may be important changes ahead for 2026. Some plans and benefits in our area are changing — and those changes could affect your coverage, costs, or which doctors you can see.

Here’s what to do now (before Open Enrollment ends December 7):

✅Review your plan’s 2026 benefits and costs carefully.

✅ Compare plans through Medicare (1-800-Medicare) or a local licensed insurance broker.

✅Ask your broker or Medicare representative to confirm which Desert Sage Health Center providers are included in the plan’s network.

✅Double-check that your preferred prescriptions are still covered.

✅Stay alert for scams — Medicare will never call you to ask for your Social Security number or bank information. Always verify before you share.

We want to make sure you (and the people you love) keep the coverage that best fits your needs.
