Some weeks remind us how tough this journey is. This week it’s been two night shifts back-to-back, an unexpected dayshift to do, and a few more shifts ahead before we make it to Sunday.

When Clark was little, we could curl up at the end of his bed. Now he is bigger, we are older, and this roll-out bed and caffeine keep us going.

We share this because at Advanced Respiratory Supplies, we are not just a DME company. We’re parents in the trenches too. We know the alarms, the exhaustion, the problem-solving, and the middle-of-the-night decisions because we live it right alongside you.

This journey is not for the weak. To every family doing the hard work night after night, you are not alone. We see you because we ARE you.

Born from Our Story, Here for Yours

In 2014, our son Clark was airlifted to Arkansas Children’s Hospital. During that stay, he received his trach—and life changed overnight. We learned what it means to live by alarms, endure sleepless nights, and celebrate the small victories that come with caring for a medically complex child.

Through years of hospital stays and home care, we realized our story had a greater purpose—to help families like ours. Advanced Respiratory Supplies was founded to bring compassion, experience, and understanding into every home we serve—to help families feel seen, supported, and prepared.

We know this life isn’t easy, but you don’t have to walk it alone. From the first delivery to the midnight call, we’re here every step of the way.

At Advanced Respiratory Supplies, Inc., we are dedicated to delivering exceptional pediatric respiratory care in Arkansas. Our team of licensed respiratory therapists utilizes cutting-edge medical equipment and provides 24/7 support to ensure the well-being of children in need.

We’re soaking up every bit of this gorgeous weather before the cold settles in this season. Clark and Robin insisted on a walk this afternoon — and honestly, the sunshine felt like exactly what we all needed. ☀️💛

We’re so proud of our very own Leslie Harrison, who was nominated for The PHIL Award—a national recognition honoring outstanding respiratory therapists who go above and beyond in patient care.

While she humbly says she “didn’t win the big award,” we know the real reward is in the impact she makes every day. One family shared:

“Leslie is one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. She went above and beyond for our sweet boy during our 132-day hospitalization. She always made sure we had what we needed, ensured he received his treatments on time, and took the time to talk and play with him. She explained everything thoroughly and became a true friend during a very isolating stay. I appreciate her and everything she has done for us, more than I can ever express.”

🚨🚨Important announcement!!! We have 2 new hires!

Please welcome Kelsey Ramsey to our team! She started in August and comes to us as an experienced RT work at ACH for 3 years! She is a great asset to us and has learned quickly! We can’t wait to see what the future holds!

Please also welcome Katrina Shelton to our team! She will start on Monday! She is a new grad and we are all excited to see her learn and grow with us in the DME world!
